This policy applies to the iOS app published as Universal Load Controller. On iOS, this app corresponds in functionality to Universal Load Premium.
1. Information the App Processes
The app may process the following information on your device:
- Bluetooth-related information required to discover and connect to compatible hardware
- Device telemetry from connected hardware, such as voltage, current, power, capacity, energy, temperature, runtime, and test settings
- Files you choose to export, such as CSV data and PDF reports
- Basic app settings stored locally on your device
2. How Information Is Used
Information is used only to provide the app's core functionality, including:
- connecting to compatible BLE hardware
- displaying live measurement data
- running and monitoring battery or load tests
- generating CSV exports and PDF reports
- showing Live Activities, Lock Screen status, and Dynamic Island updates when supported
3. Data Sharing
Universal Load Premium for iOS does not sell your personal data.
The app does not intentionally share your data with third parties, except when you explicitly choose to export or share a file using iOS sharing features.
4. Data Storage
Telemetry, settings, and exported files are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share them.
The developer does not operate a user account system or remote cloud storage for app data as part of the normal app experience.
5. Analytics and Advertising
Universal Load Premium for iOS does not include third-party advertising.
At the time of this policy, the app is not designed to track you across apps or websites for advertising purposes.
6. Permissions
The app may request access to:
- Bluetooth, to discover and communicate with compatible hardware
- Notifications, if enabled, to alert you when a test completes or reaches a relevant state

Universal Load Premium for iOS is not directed to children under 13, and the app is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your Choices
You can:
- disconnect hardware at any time
- disable Bluetooth or notifications in iOS Settings
- delete exported files from your device
- stop using the app at any time
