Common Issues
- Allow camera access in iOS Settings if scanning does not start.
- Check photo library or file access permissions if exports or imports are unavailable.
- Make sure there is enough free storage on your device for scans, PDFs, and OCR data.
- If OCR results look incomplete, retake the scan with better lighting and higher contrast.
When Contacting Support
Please include a short description of the issue, your iPhone or iPad model, your iOS version, and what you were trying to do when the problem occurred.
AI & Privacy
DocuFlow's core scanning and document features work locally on your device. Optional AI features may send OCR text, selected document excerpts, user prompts, and the AI configuration required for the request to the AI provider selected by you.
Before any document content is sent to an external AI service, the app explains what is sent and asks for your explicit consent.
